Caitlin's main duties include helping patients choose the most stylish and up to date frames to fit their lifestyle and personality. She is in charge of ordering and maintaining frame inventory. In addition she is responsible for the billing and processing of VSP orders, EyeMed orders, VCD orders and NVA orders. She runs our online marketing department and provides customer service. Her other duties include scheduling appointments, calling to confirm appointments and letting patients know when their glasses have arrived. She maintains the contact inventory, patient files and other general office duties.
